for our services, the Seller agrees to pay Emerson
Real Estate/Cherry Creek a sales commission
which is included in the list price as stated in
the Listing Agreement, at the time of closing. When,
and only when, you have received the proceeds from
the sale of your home does Emerson Real Estate/Cherry
Creek receive payment for such services. |
