must attend 24 hours of live course instruction,
pass the written examination on legal and

as a buyer’s representative. ABR is
considered the benchmark of excellence in
buyer representation. |

Designation (CRS): The CRS designation is
conferred by the Council of Residential Specialists
and is the highest professional designation
awarded to realtors in the residential sales
field. Less than 4% of all realtors hold the
CRS designation. Designees must attend 64
hours of live course instruction and have
an average of $5 million in sales per year
within any 5 year period. |
